Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@trends-nest.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, personal care items (such as face masks, hair tools that contact skin, and similar products) can only be returned if unopened and unused in their original sealed packaging.
